These terms apply when you use Sweety Dreamz, create an account, or buy a pattern or product from us. By using the site you agree to them.

Using the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it: no scraping, no attempts to break security, and no posting of unlawful or abusive content.

Your account

  • You sign in with an email link or Google. Keep access to your email account secure.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • You can delete your account at any time under Account → Profile.

Patterns and copyright

All patterns, photos, illustrations and text on the site are protected by copyright. What you may and may not do with them, including selling the items you make, is explained in our pattern use policy.

Premium patterns and shop orders

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount from a valid coupon. Taxes are added where required.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal when you place the order. A contract is formed when we send your receipt.
  • Digital patterns are delivered immediately by download link. You agree to immediate delivery when you check out.
  • Physical items ship within 2 business days to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.
  • Items marked "Partner" are sold by another store under its own terms.
  • Refunds and returns are covered by our refund policy.

Community content

When you post a review, reply or photo, you confirm it is your own and you give us a free, worldwide licence to show it on the site and in our social media, with your chosen name. We moderate posts and may decline or remove any of them. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

Our responsibility

We test our patterns carefully, but crochet results depend on yarn, hook and tension, so we cannot guarantee that your finished item will match the photos exactly. Toys with small parts or safety eyes are not suitable for children under 3. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
